Expausa owns 100% of the shares of the Colombian company Minera Sudamericana S.A.S. Eco Desarrollos Mineros S.A.S. (ECOMINEROS) is the first investment of Minera Sudamericana, where Minera Sudamericana holds 85% of the shares. Ecomineros holds 100% of the mining title in operation since 1936, located in the El Vapor sector, Antioquia. In this title, the company operates two mines named El Dólar and La Cañada, and has a plant equipped with three independent circuits: carbon-in-pulp cyanidation, Merrill-Crowe for silver recovery, and flotation of refractory minerals.
